Preparing For Your Appointment

Drop-Off: 7:00–8:00 AM
Pick-Up: 4:00–5:00 PM -
Drive-Through Check-In
-
Remain in your vehicle for both drop-off and pick-up.

Follow the drive-through lane around the building, and a team member will assist you at your vehicle.

Pet Containment Requirements

Dogs: Secure leash.

Cats: Individual hard-sided carrier.
-
Community cats: Humane trap with a trap cover.

One pet per carrier, crate, or trap.
-
No cardboard boxes, backpacks, or soft-sided/collapsible carriers.
-
Pets that are not safely contained cannot be accepted for surgery.

Before Surgery
-
Pets must be at least 3 months old and 3 pounds.

Do not feed a large meal the morning of surgery. Water is always okay.

If your pet is sick (vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, sneezing, or lethargic), please call to reschedule.

We’re a Fear Free clinic, meaning every team member is trained and certified to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress in pets.
From check-in to check-up, your animal’s comfort comes first.
